Middle Fork Roasters - Brazil Canaan Estate

Ok - here’s a cup of coffee for you!  They’ve nicknamed it “cookie dough coffee” and that is exactly what I would have called it too!  It really has a true sweet cookie flavor.  It’s rich and yet smooth and has notes of nutty, chocolate, brown sugar and earthy.  This one is my new favorite - full of chocolate-chip-cookie goodness all in my cup of coffee!  It is a medium roast from Bean Box which hails from Brazil.  It is also a  Cup of Excellence quality coffee and I can see why.
