Roaster’s Choice by Lighthouse Roasters

Lighthouse Roasters has created this bean called Roaster’s Choice.  It is a combination of Ethiopian, Sumatran, and Latin high-grown Arabicas.  This is for drip and espresso.  I also enjoyed this blend - it’s darker than most I was sent - but so full of bold flavor.  As they say in their description, “bold with a real kick, but polished and refined like a gentleman.”  For the notes it says, “bold, rich, complex and clean.”  No sweet or fruity notes - just solid goodness.
